Your wedding at Odom Springs Vineyards
Congratulations on your wedding engagement, and thank you for considering Odom Springs Vineyards as a venue for your special day. If you are looking for a location that provides a natural setting for one of the most beautiful places in the North Georgia Mountains, you will be enchanted by what Odom Springs Vineyards has to offer. Friends and family will bask in the breathtaking views of our property as you exchange vows, then enjoy our award-winning wines paired with your special catered meal. Our rustic charm and country elegance will provide the perfect setting for your wedding celebration. We strive to tailor each wedding to the couple’s individual style, and are confident that your wedding at our vineyards will be a magical event that you will never forget.
Odom Springs Vineyard's tasting room is located on the property and has regular operating hours, Monday 11-3,Wednesday through Saturday 11-5, Sunday 1-5. We will close early to the general public (at 5:00PM) for your ceremony.

OSV Wedding Terms and Conditions
With your site fee you are afforded the exclusive use of the vineyard to include:
One winery employee to "pour" for your guests
Tasting Room Decks
Our Duck Pond Pavilion
The Vineyards
Vineyard Gazebo
Vineyard Arbor
Amazing pictures under our beautiful oak tree, vineyards and grounds
The fee schedule is 1/2 of site fee required to book event (non-refundable), remaining 1/2 due 30 days prior to event.
The deposit to hold your date is 1/2 of the site fee, $2000.
We do not do catering, but would be happy to offer suggestions to you, or you are welcome to provide your own.
OSV provides tables and chairs for up to 125 guests between our pavilion and winery decks.
We do not decorate or provide flowers, we can recommend florists to you.
As a rule of thumb, you should allow one bottle per 2 guests (roughly 2 glasses of wine per guest) for the event. Our wines range from $17.95-$36.95 per bottle. We bill wine on a consumption basis. If you want to limit the total amount spent on wine, we can monitor the wine and alert you when you are nearing that amount. You may also limit the wine list at your event. We give a 10% discount on each case. We do not serve any other wine's than ours. Also note there is no hard liquor permitted on the premises,
All events must conclude by 8:00 PM.
The person signing this contract certifies that he/she has the authority for his/her action on behalf of the organization or parties represented.
All decorations must be removed by 12:00 PM the day following the event, or a clean-up fee applies.
Alcoholic beverages shall not be consumed by anyone under 21 years of age.
